Jacksons will gladly offer a refund for purchases returned in original condition, with the receipt and within 60 days of purchase. Under no circumstances will cash be refunded without a receipt. A store credit only will be offered. Purchases made with a check are subject to a 10 day hold before a refund can be made. Special orders and painted concrete products are non refundable.
If it is our mistake and the order is incorrect we will pay for return shipping for all other returns shipping is the buyers responsibility.
